1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions, plans, or one-time purchases on Duct Architect are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred—regardless of whether the service is used or not.

2. Free Trial & Demo

To ensure that you are fully satisfied before making a purchase, we offer a free plan/demo version of Duct Architect. We encourage all users to explore the platform and evaluate its features before upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical billing errors, our team will review the case and issue a refund at our sole discretion.
