Thank you for choosing DuctArchitect. We’re committed to providing high-quality software and continuous support to help you manage and optimize your ducting projects efficiently. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions, plans, or one-time purchases on DuctArchitect are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred—regardless of whether the service is used or not.

2. Free Trial

To ensure that you are fully satisfied before making a purchase, every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. We encourage all users to explore the platform and evaluate its features during the trial, as payments made after upgrading to a paid plan are non-refundable under Section 1 above.

3. Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical billing errors, our team will review the case and issue a refund at our sole discretion.
