Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Duct Architect. We value your trust and aim to maintain transparency in our subscription and billing process.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription to Duct Architect at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@ductarchitect.com. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will not renew automatically thereafter.

2. No Mid-Term Cancellations

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access. If you wish to stop auto-renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Account Termination

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@ductarchitect.com. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.
